Integrasi Technopreneurship pada Rumusan Program Adaptif untuk Resiliensi Sumberdaya Air dan Lahan pada Kawasan Jatim Selatan
Abstract
Jawa Timur bagian selatan menghadapi kerentanan tinggi terhadap bencana hidrometeorologi dan geologis akibat topografi kompleks, degradasi lingkungan, dan perubahan iklim. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan resiliensi sumber daya air dan lahan melalui rehabilitasi infrastruktur kritis, penerapan teknologi pemantauan, restorasi daerah aliran sungai, serta kebijakan zonasi berbasis risiko. Kerangka Theory of Change menghubungkan intervensi teknis dengan peningkatan kapasitas adaptif, tata kelola berbasis data, dan penguatan ekonomi lokal melalui technopreneurship. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah penurunan risiko kerusakan infrastruktur, peningkatan keandalan pasokan air, pengelolaan lahan berkelanjutan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi hijau berbasis teknologi di wilayah rawan bencana.
