Kesadaran Moral Kepemimpinan Perempuan Dari Perspektif Feminisme: Literature Review

Abstract

Menyikapi isu feminisme dalam kepemimpinan, perlu dibahas peran kepemimpinan perempuan itu sendiri dari sudut pandang teoretis. Salah satu teori kepemimpinan yang terkenal adalah teori peran, yang merupakan turunan dari teori kepemimpinan perilaku. Teori ini tidak berfokus pada pemimpin, tetapi pada apa yang dapat dilakukan pemimpin. Ketika membangun hubungan, orang membentuk ekspektasi tentang peran yang akan mereka dan orang lain mainkan dalam lingkungan sosial mereka. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan kesadaran moral, terutama bagi para calon pemimpin perempuan, untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dan penting untuk dicatat bahwa sementara teori feminis tentang kepemimpinan perempuan telah menyebar, tidak semua perempuan bisa menjadi pemimpin. Inilah yang mengarah pada pentingnya kesadaran moral, yang harus dipeluk oleh setiap pemimpin Perempuan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kesadaran moral kepemimpinan Perempuan telah mampu mencapai suatu keberhasilan sebagai pemimpin. Perempuan mampu dan layak dijadikan seorang pemimpin.
