Kepemimpinan Perempuan Dalam Kemajuan Desa (Studi Kasus di Desa Panjunan Kecamatan Kalitidu Kabupaten Bojonegoro)
Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang Kepemimpinan perempuan dalam memajukan Desa Panjunan Kecamatan Kalitidu, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi kasus yang mengeksplorasi peran dan kontribusi perempuan yang menjadi kepala desa dalam meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan masyarakat desa melalui berbagai program, prestasi dan kebijakan. Dengan melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan di Desa Panjunan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pencapaian desa, seperti masuknya desa dalam 100 besar desa terbaik di indonesia pada tahun 2018 dan perolehan nilai Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM) tertenggi di Kecamatan Kalitidu. Karakteristik pemimpin yang tegas, adil, dan responsif dinilai sebagai faktor utama dalam mendukung kemajuan desa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya keterlibatan perempuan dalam posisi kepemimpinan untuk kemajuan pembangunan di tingkat desa.References
